This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Poker Hand Memory Game LTD for the Poker Hand Memory Game software application ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Poker Hand Memory Game LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal cognitive training and entertainment purposes.
Access and use all features of the application in accordance with this agreement and applicable law.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Poker Hand Memory Game LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of Poker Hand Memory Game LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, game logic, and other content in the application.
Your personal gameplay progress and preferences stored locally on your device.
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. Poker Hand Memory Game does not collect personal data. The app functions entirely offline, and all progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. No data is transmitted to any server or third party.
The Software does not involve real-money gambling, wagering, or betting of any kind. The poker theme is used solely as a cognitive training framework. No real money is at stake at any point during use of the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poker Hand Memory Game LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Poker Hand Memory Game LTD does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Software is a cognitive training tool and does not guarantee specific results or improvements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Poker Hand Memory Game LTD be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination:
Poker Hand Memory Game LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poker Hand Memory Game LTD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
